We Are Live!

On Wednesday, August 21, 2013, the JTVA application form went "live" on Yap Tracker. Singers from around the U. S. are now signing up to compete for $15,000 in prizes at the first competition slated for June 21, 2014 at the Regents' Theater at Holy Names University on the beautiful Oakland hills campus. The process is simplified by being completely online at the website, yaptracker.com. Singers fill out the application form, upload three video selections of their singing as well as his or her resumé, pay a fee and wait for the judging to commence!

Once the applications have been received, the adjudication process begins with five preliminary judges assigning a numerical score for each contestant. Once the application deadline of December 21, 2013 is reached, the field will be narrowed to 21 singers who will advance to the Semifinals. At that time, only seven singers from each of the two Tiers will be selected for the Finals. Those fourteen singers will then be invited to Oakland for the Finals Competition next June 21st.
